Scanner and questionnaire

The scanner and questionnaire scoring run in your browser. The code analysed and your answers are not sent to ModelShift. Downloading the result remains a local action.

Pilot requests

If you tick the consent box and choose to request a pilot, your own email app opens a pre-filled message addressed to pilot@reply.modelshift.fr. Nothing is sent until you act. The message contains a unique reference, timestamp, answers and assessment score. Information received is used only to reply, qualify the request and arrange possible pre-validation without payment.

A conditional intention to consider the €49 excl. VAT per repository per month offer is sent only if you separately confirm it. It is neither an order nor a contractual commitment.

The legal basis is your voluntary request and, for the related professional follow-up, the legitimate interest in responding to that request.

B2B outreach

ModelShift may use publicly available professional contact details to reach a limited number of technical decision-makers where the message directly relates to their role. Each message identifies the sender, cites the professional signal that prompted the contact and provides a simple, free way to object.

Outreach contact details and exchanges are deleted no later than three years after the last contact, unless a legal obligation or an earlier objection applies. An objection is retained for at least three years in a suppression list used only to prevent further contact.

Recipients and processors

Strictly necessary data may be processed by Infomaniak for the main mailbox, Resend for technical sending and receiving on the reply.modelshift.fr subdomain, Apollo for commercial follow-up and Vercel for hosting. ModelShift does not send source code submitted to the scanner to these services.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction, or exercise your right to object, by writing to contact@modelshift.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL.

Automated assistance

OpenAI AI-assistance tools may help classify professional requests and prepare replies using the information necessary to handle them. Do not send source code, secrets or sensitive data. Classification is not contractual acceptance or a purchase decision. You can request written communication without this processing by emailing the contact address.

Cookies and audience measurement

ModelShift currently places no advertising cookies and does not enable open or click tracking in its pre-validation emails.
